S1A asks the worker to normalize the Go toolchain path first, rerun tests without temporary -modfile hacks, then review/hotfix settlement edge cases such as negative pool_rate and pool_rate > 1.\n\nConstraints: preserve pre-existing dirty SMS/deploy/router work, do not print secrets, do not touch Mattermost/frontend/migrations/deploy/SMS unless compile error proves direct mismatch, do not commit/push.
