## 결과

### 1. phone 추출 옵션
- Option B 성공: Codex cloned Chrome profile + CDP로 `desk.channel.io` 로그인 세션 사용
- 내부 endpoint: `desk-api.channel.io/desk/channels/226901/managers?limit=200`
- Channel.io managers에서 11명 phone 확인
- 누락: 방민아(Mn5aB), 김윤주(Kj7yJ) — Channel.io managers에 없음

### 2. DB update
- `keeper_outbound_agents.phone` update: 11명 완료
- normalize trigger 동작 확인: DB returned phone은 `010...` 형태
- 아직 null: 방민아, 김윤주

업데이트 완료: 권미희, 김시아, 김영훈, 김푸른, 김형준, 신우성, 안소정, 이도현, 이학영, 이해성, 조정연

### 3. SMS broadcast
- 김푸른: PM이 이미 발송 완료라 중복 제외
- 발송 완료 10명: 권미희, 김시아, 김영훈, 김형준, 신우성, 안소정, 이도현, 이학영, 이해성, 조정연
- 모든 발송 HTTP 200 / raw `{"ok": true}`

### 4. balance
